How?
Simply address a tweet to @likes or @dislikes. eg: @likes beer. It makes me drunk.
The part before the first dot . will become the topic, optionally followed by a comment.
You can also tag your opinion using hashtags: @likes beer. It makes me drunk #alcohol #drug #party.
